About You

  • You’re a client facing Account Manager (or Senior AE looking to make the move to AM) specialising in Programmatic Display!
  • You’ve got fantastic client handling skills, and enjoy creating award winning strategies for your clients!
  • You’re familiar with multiple Programmatic campaign management platforms
  • You’re an organiser and a leader with great attention to detail

The Role

We are looking for someone to join our display team as Programmatic Account Manager and join a team of fun loving, highly sociable digital media fans.

Working across several of our most interesting retail, travel and entertainment clients on programmatic display, you will also be managing a Programmatic Account Executive.

You will be dealing with clients directly and understanding their goals and problems, with a focus on how display can assist these. Day to day you will focus on strategic thinking, managing delivery and implementation through your team (getting your hands dirty if needed), building client relationships and getting involved in pitch situations. You will take a leading role in devising and planning the account strategy, working with the Account Director to develop the client roadmap, identifying new opportunities and media planning to grow your accounts.

We manage by outcomes which gives every individual the freedom to exercise their entrepreneurial talent and to take responsibility for the outcomes of their work. Every four months you’ll sit down with your Account Director to discuss your work, your progress, and your future plans. These Performance Development sessions are how you can progress your career at NMPi, and with the company using a roadmap model you can really see how what you do is connected to the growth of the agency.
