About you

  • You have a passion for digital marketing, sales, forging commercial relationships and the thrill of closing a deal!
  • You understand the digital landscape and have a broad network of industry connections
  • You are probably a Business Development Manager, Sales Manager or Commercial Manager
  • You have a demonstrable track record of success in sales in a digital marketing agency or related environment
  • You’re a team player who contributes to shared goals

The Role

Our sales team is growing. They work together on pitches, projects, business development, hitting team targets and earning team bonus. The structure of the sales team takes a sector focus, with our aim for each team member to become an expert in their chosen field.

There are existing partnerships to develop, untouched new paths to identify and build, and fantastic case studies and success stories to share. We want you to be out of the office as much as possible, whether that is at conferences, hosted event, knowledge share days, formal and social events. Right from the get-go, you will be involved in building existing partnerships, creating your own prospecting initiatives and supporting ongoing pitches. This is a 360 degree commercial role, from business development through to negotiating commercial terms and closing the deal.
