Role:

The Director of Programmatic will lead the expansion of the Programmatic (Display, Video, Audio & OOH) offering for the US office. She/He will work closely with leadership to choose the appropriate technology, data and inventory partners related to programmatic display and video. She/He will report to the Head of Delivery for NMPi US.

She/He will be responsible for the growth of display (Social and Programmatic) initiatives for all accounts.

  • Bring innovative solutions to our Programmatic offering
  • Be the Programmatic evangelist within the agency
    • Lead thought leadership

    Position Responsibilities:

    • Lead Programmatic Display & Video strategy for key accounts
    • Recommend and structure the delivery team for Programmatic Display/Vid
    • Lead Programmatic Display and Video training
    • Assist Sales team with marketing materials
    • Lead Programmatic presentations for existing and new clients
    • Work with marketing team to create marketing material
    • Contribute to Incubeta thought leadership assignments
    • Select the appropriate:
      • Tech platforms
      • Data partners
      • Inventory
      • Emergent technology

    • Work with Data Science, Creative and other teams to facilitate display performance across the team.
    • Work with tech teams to advance proprietary tech in the US.
