The Role

We are looking for a new Business Development Manager to join our growing Sales Team at NMPi. Our Sales Team is responsible for growing NMPi’s portfolio of clients within North America.

This team member will be working closely with NMPi’s Accounts team, to prepare and deliver proposals to potential clients. Once opportunities are closed, this team member will support with handing clients over to the Accounts team.

Experience Of Candidate

  • 2-3 years experience in a digital marketing agency, ad technology or platform sales role.
  • A proven ability to sell – the agency, our offerings and our capabilities
  • You have a passion for digital marketing and programmatic media
  • You have superior written and verbal communication skills
  • You have outstanding presentation abilities
  • You are an energetic, positive, and dynamic people person
  • You are a resourceful, creative thinker


  • Analyzing the US market for opportunity gathering
  • Prospecting : Cold calling, email, Linkedin, event attendance
  • Managing the pitch process, commercial negotiations and closing
  • Build out target industry strategies

    • Grow network
    • Align the experience we have as an agency - e.g. what clients have we worked with, campaigns we’ve run. Create a story.
    • Understand partner landscape
      • Events
      • Publications
      • Awards
  • Align industry sales strategy with marketing
  • Managing pipeline health, and communicating clearly to senior team (sales and delivery)
