The Role

Incubeta is a leading digital services group with specialist agencies across media, technology and creative. Sitting within Incubeta NMPi, the core focus of this role is the growth and development of our comparison shopping service (CSS) across the UK and EU. As the primary sales lead for this part of our organisation, you’ll be responsible for driving the success of the team forward. This gives the role a great balance of individual responsibility and team exposure, covering the full commercial spectrum from opportunity creation through to negotiation and deal closing.

As a self-starter you’ll be encouraged to focus on three key growth areas:

  • Expansion of our current CSS product, continuing to win and grow high value customers like Gucci and Dr Martens.
  • Introducing new services alongside our core CSS product to further improve its offering to the market.
  • To introduce broader Incubeta NMPi services to our existing CSS customers.

These types of projects mean the ability to work well with others and co-ordinate group outputs is a must. Working in a successful sales team at Incubeta NMPi means collaborating; using your skills and the strengths of those around you to win.

We’re looking for someone who is detail oriented, organised, curious and ready to be challenged. Someone who can bring new ideas and ways of working to the table that will take the service to the next level. You are a strong communicator and presenter who enjoys meeting new people and is able to explain complex concepts clearly. Once able, a large part of the role will be getting out of the office and building relationships, whether that is at conferences, hosted events or more social occasions. In the meantime, you’ll be getting creative in how you drive opportunities through our partner network.

And of course, we celebrate success! Our accelerated team bonuses, togetherness in tackling the current situation and unique office environment (once we return) will keep you feeling motivated every day. Since the start of the pandemic we’ve had two new team members join who have gone through our onboarding process and fitted in seamlessly. We hope to deliver the same experience for you.
